- Rates for Pilates are $65 for 1 class per week for 6 weeks, $95 for 2 classes per week for 6 weeks.
- Rates for the pre & post natal core strengthening program are $75 for the 4-week program.
HypnoBirthing Comes to Revelstoke
Deanna Rumsey will be offering Hypno Birthing classes at Helios with the first program starting November 6th and future programs running in February, May & September 2012.
